Chef Connie keeps her menus fresh, exciting, and delectable.
A native New Yorker surrounded by all the culinary diversity the city has to offer, Connie has worked for many top restaurants in NYC, including Bouley, Le cirque, and the Rainbow Room. She’s traveled the globe and pulled inspiration from the local cuisines, adding them into her Rolodex of flavors. Her experiences browsing local food markets and eating across continents has been her greatest influence to make her the chef she is today. Each bite is unique and full of life.

“Food is a universal language. You can eat street food made by someone who doesn’t speak the same language, and there’s a sense of pride from them. These are things that are made with their hands, made with love. Food is one of those things that crosses language barriers and cultures. It brings people together.”
